Can I return my item to be replaced or for a refund?

If your product breaks or is in other ways left to be unusable during delivery we are more than happy to refund you provided you have given us notice within 14 days after you received your order.

Depending on the item it might also have an extended warranty directly with our supplier, so if there's anything at all please reach out! We would love to know any issues with the products we stock.

What is your shipping times & rates?

Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days at the cost of $7.99. Orders over $70 get free shipping. They are ALL tracked parcels and you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Why do you use recyclable & compostable packaging?

Taking care of our environment and the space our animals live in has always been important to us, so we aim to be as eco-friendly as possible and where plausible. Some of our bags are almost 100% compostable (You can read more about the bags here), while our boxes, void filling & tissue paper are recyclable.

I'm a client with a booking coming up soon, can you bring my order along?
